Elisabeth Marsh - Advanced Trainer

BS, ACE-CPT, AFAA-GX, Yoga Fit, Zumba, Turbokick, Leki Nordic Walking, LeMond Indoor Cycling

Elisabeth has been in the fitness industry since 2000.  With a background in Volleyball, dance, group fitness and training she is the perfect blend of athletic and poise. Elisabeth received her B.S. in Nutrition Biochemistry from UC Davis and is currently studying for her Masters in Advanced Studies of Maternal and Child Nutrition. Elisabeth is very interested in a holistic lifestyle approach to achieve weight loss and weight management goals as well as offering advice on how to develop and maintain a healthy and energetic lifestyle. Her interests are pre and post natal women, sports specific training, running, nutrition and is incredibly passionate about promoting a healthy mind and body. In both personal training and group fitness she stresses the importance of a workout regimen that is engaging and enjoyable.

Kendall Schmidt - Advanced Trainer

Kendall brings a broad range of sport and educational experience to her personal training. As a graduate of UC Davis, Kendall has received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences with emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. For the last 5 years she has been working in Fitness and Wellness both as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Coach, Motivational and Educational Public Speaker, and most recently the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator at Peak Performance. Kendall has enjoyed leading the UC Davis Football, Men’s Basketball, Gymnastics, and Women’s Swim Teams through pre-season conditioning, training tri-athletes, instructing swim lessons, teaching diverse group fitness classes and training clients of all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds. Kendall is skilled in helping clients develop programs that compliment their hectic life style. With her training she will continue to inspire and engage, breaking through your fitness plateaus and keeping you motivated.  Experienced in weight training, plyometrics, swimming, cycling, core conditioning, functional training, Nordic Walking, Pilates and yoga, Kendall looks forward to helping people develop a personalized program that will achieve their unique goals.

 

Nicholas Walejeski - Advanced Trainer

BA, NCSF, NESTA

Nicholas has been a fitness enthusiast since 2002. What began as a general interest in resistance training, evolved into a passion for complete fitness and wellness. Nicholas has worked with clientele ranging from college level athletes looking to increase sports performance, to an older population looking to increase quality of life. Graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from CSU San Marcos, he believes that to successfully change one’s fitness lifestyle, one’s current psychological abilities must be challenged as well. He believes in holistic fitness and wellness where his clients not only re-shape their bodies, but they re-shape their thoughts and attitudes towards fitness. Nicholas has competed in college level volleyball and is experienced in developing personalized weight loss plans, resistance training, muscle building, core training, plyometrics, functional training, post-injury modification, and special population training. Nicholas brings a fun, creative edge to his training where your current level of fitness is challenged in fun and exciting ways. His passion for fitness and wellness is contagious and will become ever apparent as he guides you to your fitness goals the quickest and safest way possible.

 

Garrett Montgomery Bell – Professional Trainer

BS, NSCA-CSCS

Garrett graduated in 2007 from the University of California Davis with a B.S. in Exercise Biology, emphasis in Physiology. Upon graduation Garrett became certified through the NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and plans on gaining distinction within his certification as well as a Masters degree in Kinesiology. Apart from his studies, Garrett has also spent two years as an athletic trainer at UC Davis and has lived his entire life playing sports and exhibiting enthusiasm for health and fitness.  

 

Andrew Shempp– Professional Trainer

ACE-CPT

Active his entire life, Andrew is constantly looking for ways to modify a routine to ensure the maximum benefits from your workout at Peak Performance. Utilizing a combination of bodyweight, kettlebells, free weights, and bands, Andrew is continually guiding your movements in different ways in order to keep you and your body guessing.  Applying an exciting approach to flexibility training and his passion for nutrition education, he embraces holistic ideals to promote a healthy lifestyle.  Andrew enjoys meeting and working with clients of all levels of fitness, as he accepts every challenge and meets it head on!!!
