Steps to hire a Personal Fitness Trainer:

1. Decide on a Personal Fitness Trainer - We offer a variety of trainers with different backgrounds, experiences and availability. Chose one that best suits your interests, needs, time preference, and personality.

2. Book your first appointment - Pick up a first time client packet at the front desk or download it at PeakPerformanceOnline.com. Paperwork should be completed and brought to your initial session.

·        To schedule one of your two complimentary Easy Start session please contact the Peak Performance at 530.759.SPIN. **Easy Start sessions are provided to new members only on a one time basis.

·        To schedule additional sessions please contact your trainer directly for their availability,

3. Purchase your desired Personal Training Package - Choose the number of sessions that best fit you and your unique goals. Sessions can be purchased at the front desk.

4. Train! - Follow up training sessions can be booked via phone, email or in person with your trainer.

*All appointments require 24 hr. advanced notice. Please refer to the Peak Performance Personal Training Cancellation Policy.
