Steps to hire a Personal Fitness
Trainer:
1. Decide on a Personal Fitness Trainer - We offer a variety of trainers with different
backgrounds, experiences and availability. Chose one that best suits your interests,
needs, time preference, and personality.
2. Book your first appointment - Pick up a first time client packet at the front desk or download it at
PeakPerformanceOnline.com. Paperwork should be completed and brought to your
initial session.

To schedule one of your two complimentary Easy Start
session please contact the Peak Performance at 530.759.SPIN. **Easy Start
sessions are provided to new members only on a one time basis.

To schedule
additional sessions please contact your trainer directly for their
availability,
3. Purchase your desired Personal Training
Package - Choose the number of sessions that best fit you and your
unique goals. Sessions can be purchased at the front desk.
4. Train! - Follow
up training sessions can be booked via phone, email or in person with your
trainer.
*All appointments require 24 hr. advanced notice. Please
refer to the Peak Performance Personal Training Cancellation Policy.
