Prenatal Yoga
 8 week session
Classes begin September 8th 
Mondays 8:15 pm

 

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle class for moms-to-be in a calm, peaceful environment. Yoga has been shown to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, and improve spinal flexibility to make for an easier labor and delivery and post-partum recovery. Yoga can also help alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, swelling, and back pain. All stages of pregnancy welcome.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.
